Visual storytelling in the traditional Chinese style

I like Indian myth stories, but when I tell my Chinese friend the stories, they feel foreign to them. Byurning the movie Krishna Aur Kans scene into a short Chinese watercolour-style comic. By changing moving shots into still pictures, but still keeping the feeling of movement. I used several panels to show the spinning and rising, with diagonal frames to make it feel unstable. I used big panels for the climax and smaller panels for the setup, copying the movie’s change in pacing. I kept the same colours so Krishna would still stand out, and I adapted the Chinese watercolour technique to make the foreign story familiar to Asian people.
